About me 

Hello and welcome! I'm Valeria, your passionate and dedicated personal trainer with a deep rooted commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals. I'm Peruvian 🇵🇪 and half Austrian🇦🇹. I have been living in Dublin since I was 18.

My journey into fitness and health was born not just from a passion for wellness, but from a life changing experience that shaped who I am today.

Four years ago, I was faced with a challenge I never saw coming: A life-altering car accident while cycling, which left me in excruciating pain and unable to move freely. The accident resulted in three slipped discs in my lower back, and I found myself struggling with something many take for granted—just being able to sit or stand comfortably, and a trauma that until today I wasn’t  able to open up to everyone about.

In those moments of struggle, I discovered the true power of movement, rehabilitation, and strength training and the amazing support  I had from my  Personal Trainer back in 2021, for whom I'm  hugely grateful. Before that, I wasn't confident at all and I was afraid that I could  injure myself more or that  I would never get back playing for a club in Ireland basketball anymore. So many challenges came my way at the same time during those previous years, but we are human, and we have to value our mental & physical health . It wasn’t just about getting back on my feet; it was about finding a new purpose and realising that the body’s potential for recovery and growth is far greater than we often imagine. That experience became the fire that ignited my passion for fitness, and it led me to pursue an in-depth understanding of the human body.

Today, I am proud to be a qualified fitness instructor, holding both a Level 3 certification and a Level 4 Personal Training qualification. With a solid foundation in the health industry and 4 years of experience, I bring a combination of knowledge, personal experience, and practical expertise to my clients. My focus is on sustainable, injury-free fitness that not only builds strength but also promotes overall well-being.

What inspires me every day is knowing that I can help others who are facing physical challenges, whether recovering from an injury or striving to push their own limits. I’ve walked the path of pain and recovery, and I know what it takes to rebuild from the ground up.

During my path of recovery I participate in different disciplines from Hell & Back Challenges which I took part 4 times fundraising money for charities same as: Concern Worldwide & Orbis, etc. to swimming in the sea in the month of April for Autism Assistant Dogs Ireland,  playing basketball 48h to get to support Ukraine 🇺🇦  back in 2022 and the same for Palestine 🇵🇸 2025.

At the beginning of this year I travel Spain -Barcelona 2025 to represent my country 🇵🇪  on HYROX which for my was one of the toughest months of my life, having to submit  my thesis on the same day, once again travelling by myself and dealing with my first ever break-up .

But life didn’t  stop just there...showing up for myself change my mindset I become stronger than I have ever been, met so lovely Calisthenics community and people who was there all the step of the way so, If you are one of them and you are reading this? Join us on @Shemoves_ie Community  of women who are outgoing and supporting , all ages, we do activities like hiking, walks, indoor climbing, running, coffee, etc.

 I got qualified  to coach Calisthenics for Fitness Instructors, under the Irish Calisthenics Institution and PD Approval Endorsed and Reps Ireland and now I coach Online and 1-1.

I have participated in multiples Competitions around the country from Regional Competitions to getting to compete into National Level placing 2nd place National Irish Calisthenics Advance🇮🇪.

Whether you're new to the gym, need guidance with equipment, or simply need a motivational push, ValeFit offers sustainable training programs based on expertise and experience. We also provide professional nutrition advice to complement our fitness plans, ensuring a holistic approach to health and wellness.Our focus on skill development ensures that clients achieve their fitness goals effectively and efficiently. Through expert guidance, motivation, and a supportive community, we empower clients to build confidence, improve their physical fitness, and develop lifelong healthy habits.
