One day, I was told I couldn’t compete in a school event because I didn’t look strong enough to them…
I remember it every single day — not with bitterness, but as fuel.
And I keep proving them wrong, because absolutely no one can tell you what you are capable of.
Guess what? I made the impossible possible.

Last week, I stood on an international stage, representing Peru 🇵🇪 at HYROX 2025.
It wasn’t just a race — it was a test of resilience.

I signed up a year ago, never imagining I’d be juggling one of the toughest years of my life... with my thesis presentation on the exact same day.
So many emotions. So many challenges. I was at my lowest. But still... I showed up. I showed up for ME.

This journey is for my family, who never stopped believing in me.
For those who supported me quietly.
And for every young girl who thinks she’s not enough: YOU ARE!💪

To my clients, I always say, “Show up.”
This time, I had to listen to my own words — and I did.
I FINISHED IT. 🙌

I also love challenges — and just minutes before the race, I found one:
“How many push-ups can you do in one minute?” 😅

I didn’t train this year, but now I know what I’m capable of.
And next time? I’ll be stronger. Faster. More focused.

The cutest part of the race?
The community and their support — before, during, and after. 💕

✨ Better things are coming.

This year is still shaping up to be a big one for me! 🙌 But, I’ll admit, managing my time as a student in my twenties has been a challenge. Between assignments, preparing for a thesis presentation (on the same day as my HYROX race 😅), a job I absolutely love, and my recent Cali competition in Cork, life has been non-stop. Oh, and let’s not forget the few injuries I’m working through along the way.

Life’s full of ups and downs, and at times it can feel overwhelming. But I’ve learned that it’s okay to be human, to not have everything perfectly figured out. We can only do so much, and that’s enough.
