A full-body workout using light to moderate weights with high repetition, designed to tone and strengthen your muscles using a mix of machines and free weights as well as cardiovascular focus. We’ll target every major muscle group: Legs, arms, back, chest, and core while keeping the energy high.
If you practice sports like Basketball, Gaelic Football, sessions are based on Plyometrics.

CALISTHENICS COACHING
This 6-8 week beginner calisthenics program is designed to build a strong foundation in bodyweight training through structured, progressive instruction. Participants will learn essential movement patterns, proper technique, and safe training principles while developing strength, mobility, coordination, and body awareness.
Each week focuses on mastering fundamental exercises such as pushing, pulling, squatting, core stability, and basic mobility work, with gradual progressions tailored to individual ability levels. The program emphasizes consistency, correct form, and long-term skill development, making it ideal for beginners with little or no prior training experience.
By the end of the program, participants will have improved overall strength, confidence in movement, and a solid understanding of how to continue calisthenics training safely and effectively.
Stretching Workshops

The stretching workshops is designed to help participants to improve their flexibility, relieve tension, and enhance overall physical wellbeing, sessions are guide with gentle stretches aimed at increasing mobility , reducing muscle stiffness, and promoting relaxation.
Each class focuses on body awareness,proper technique, and mindful movement, making it accesible for people of all ages and fitness levels.
If you are looking to book a Workshop for you workmates, college, schools,work environment, hotel,etc. whether online or in person.
You will be provided with resistant bands and yoga blocks.

"It was my very first time to go in the gym as I want to start my fitness journey. I started on the treadmill just walked on it to warm up. Then I was introduced to Valeria who took me throughout a number of machines which worked on my arms, core and legs. Then she got me a program to do some free weights and planks. We ended the session with some stretching. I was amazed at how I got though everything, but I know myself if I had gone in there without Valeria’s encouragement I would not have stayed that long or motivated to be a member of the gym. I found Valeria very encouraging throughout the session. Where I would have done like 5 or 6 squats I was encouraged to keep going.
